Amit Goel brings over 30 years of multi-sectoral experience to Addstar Global. He began his career managing government projects and hospitality services, eventually transitioning into strategic business leadership. His early exposure to high-profile assignments shaped his values around trust, precision, and long-term engagement.
Amit’s career includes several prestigious assignments that reflect his global exposure and coordination capabilities.
He had the rare honour of escorting the West Indies Cricket Team during the Hero Cricket World Cup in India, engaging with cricketing legends such as Brian Lara, Desmond Haynes, Richie Richardson, Courtney Walsh, and Roger Harper.
He also played a key role in organizing the International Conference of Cardiovascular Thoracic Surgeons, attended by over 1,200 international delegates and inaugurated by the then Hon’ble Prime Minister of India, Shri H.D. Deve Gowda.
Another landmark in Amit’s career was his leadership in coordinating and personally escorting a high-level delegation of Ambassadors from France, Italy, Belgium, along with senior UNDP dignitaries, during the Kalachakra Ceremony held at Jispa-Leh, Ladakh, a spiritually significant global event led by His Holiness The Dalai Lama.
This assignment represented the highest level of hospitality and protocol management. Amit was entrusted with overseeing VVIP arrangements, including elite security, remote travel logistics, and custom-built tented accommodation for dignitaries—all executed under challenging geographical and climate conditions.
His successful handling of such a sensitive and high-profile international delegation not only demonstrated flawless event management, but also highlighted his rare ability to operate with discretion, cultural sensitivity, and global diplomatic standards.
These experiences sharpened his ability to manage international protocol, high-stakes logistics, and diplomatic relations—qualities that now define his leadership at Addstar Global.
